I use the Approved Workman software and love it! I’ve had it for two years and actually implemented it this past club year. I still have not used all of the resources, but I plan to this year! The support you get from Rick Leffler is outstanding! I work full time and was not able to connect with him during “normal” hours. I emailed him and he took time on a Saturday to connect with me and was able to do remote support and figure out the problem I was having. He spent about an hour with me (I am definitely NOT a techie person!) I would highly recommend this program!

We have used Approved Workman software for 2 years. It is invaluable to track clubbers and leaders, prepare statistical reports, look up phone and addresses, and prepare birthday lists for various clubs and leaders. Tech support has been great – had several problems that Leffler solved/ modified program to handle. Not using the inventory or ordering capabilities. Information basically entered after the fact by club secretary, We keep data and program on a USB key – transfer key back and forth between secretary and commander. Would like more “single click” options – generate email lists for different groups is time consuming and not obvious, e.g. Definitely worth the price.

We use the Approved Workman Software and can’t express strongly enough how much I love this program. Great technical support for a very efficient and time saving software. It is a must have for any Awana program. Not only does it track all the standard information, it also keeps up with Points earned for use at the Awana Store. It also “graduates” clubbers up to the next club without retyping all their information. Its a fabulous program that is well worth the investment. A+++

We have used the software since 2005, his first year. We were starting a club and needed all the help we could get. Whew. Rich has been very parient with me as I worked with him on the phone and connected support. I really couldn’t imagine how we would do club the old way. I now can compare data from every year we have been here and track growth of clubbers and leaders, Track what awards we have given out and view each detail of the reports we truly depend on each week. It’s a must.
