I know there are allot of different programs out there to keep up with record keeping, but what if the church just cant afford them? As anyone tried to make an Microsoft Access database to keep up with the clubbers progress?

I would think that someone has made some sort of attempt at it, but I do not know who. I would think that with the time one would invest in developing it and up keeping it, that the cost of the A.R.K. program would be well worth the investment. I reference A.R.K. not as an endorsement over other products, but I always advise clubs to look their budget when looking at a database product and it looks like A.R.K. would fit into your budget.
