Towards the end of the club year, we have "Fishbowl Night". For each section completed that night, the clubber gets a piece of paper to put his/her name on. They put them in a glass fishbowl at the front of the room at the end of handbook time. At the end of the night, I have one of the leaders pull out 3 pieces of paper.
