Wisdom From the Trenches

When I send out questions to the Awana Missionaries to answer when I spotlight them, one of the last questions I ask is if they can suggest another missionary, or a ministry member to spotlight.

There was one missionary who suggested a ministry member to spotlight. T.J. Sipes said the following about this person, "She is a very awesome asset to Awana both in her local club and our ministry."

That person is Carol Wilson. I met her at Awana Headquarters as we went through Commander College together. She has a true heart for serving God and reaching children for Him.

Instead of me asking her questions, I submitted her name to the Kidmin1124 website for the Volunteer Champion of the week and I allowed them to "interview" her. In her answers, she offers a great deal of wisdom.
